Data Deletion | Committee to Elect House Republicans

You can ask the Committee to Elect House Republicans ("CTEHR") to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. You do not need an account with us to make a request, and we do not charge for it.

To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Include the email address, mobile number, or full name and town you gave us, so we can find your record. We confirm every request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

1. What We Delete

On request we remove the personal information you provided to us, including:

Your name, email address, mailing address and phone number
Any message, comment or petition response you submitted
Your SMS and email subscription records
Event registrations and volunteer sign-ups
Information collected if you signed in through Facebook or another third-party service

2. What We Cannot Delete

Some records we are not permitted to erase:

Campaign finance records. New Hampshire and federal law require political committees to keep and publicly report contributor information, including name, address, occupation and employer. We cannot delete a contribution record, and those reports remain public where already filed.
Suppression records. If you unsubscribe or opt out, we keep the minimum record needed to honor that choice. Deleting it entirely would let us contact you again by mistake.
Public voter file data. Information obtained from the New Hampshire voter file is a public record maintained by the State. We can remove our copy, but the State's record is not ours to delete — contact your town or city clerk.

3. Facebook and Other Connected Services

If you interacted with us through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove our access directly: in Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select our app, and choose Remove. That revokes our access going forward. To also delete information we already received, send the email request above.

4. Advertising and Analytics

We use advertising and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel and Conversions API, and X. To have advertising identifiers associated with you removed from our audiences, include “advertising data” in your request. You can also opt out directly through each platform's own ad settings.

5. Confirmation

We email you when deletion is complete, and tell you plainly if any category above prevented us from deleting something and why.
