Information from other sources: we may combine what we hold with the New Hampshire voter file, which is a public record maintained by the State, and with information from vendors who help us keep addresses current.
Our sites set cookies and use pixels, tags and similar technologies, both our own and those of the advertising and analytics companies we work with. These currently include Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, X, and StackAdapt.
These technologies let us count visits, understand which pages and advertisements work, and show you our advertising on other platforms after you have visited us. They can recognise your browser across visits, and across the different websites we operate.
We link your browsing to you. If you submit a form, donate or sign a petition, we may connect that identity to the browsing activity recorded before and after, including on our candidate and issue websites, and keep them associated.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and Google and Meta each provide their own advertising controls. Blocking cookies may stop parts of our sites working properly.
To measure our advertising and reach people likely to support our work, we send information to Google and Meta both from your browser and directly from our servers. Identifiers such as your email address, telephone number, name and location are irreversibly scrambled (hashed) before they are sent, so the platform can match you to an existing account it already holds without receiving those details in readable form. We also send the value of donations, so we can measure which advertising produced them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send these platforms your political opinions, the content of messages you write to us, or your mobile opt-in status.
If you opt in to receive text messages from the Committee to Elect House Republicans:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors for support services, such as customer service or the messaging platform that delivers our texts, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our messaging platform, email provider, payment processor and hosting — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law or campaign-finance reporting rules. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, stop text messages by replying STOP, and request that we correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
You can also opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ad Settings and Meta's Ad Preferences, and limit cookies through your browser settings.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold. We keep supporter records for as long as we are active, because political support is a long-term relationship, and we keep contribution records for as long as campaign-finance law requires. You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time — see how to request deletion, which also explains the records the law does not permit us to erase.
Our communications are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
